Hey there, so I have two cats, I’m not sure if either of them ahve rign worm, but I went to the doctor, and I ahve ring worm, and I am assuming it is coming from them! how doI tell.

I noticed a bold reddish patch on my cats stomach today and was concerned. On contacting the vets they said it sounded a lot like ring worm but wouldn’t have any appointments to see her for the next few days.

They offred no advice on what to treat her with (if anything in the interim). Some people I have spoke with said that using a human ani-fungal cream or a very diluted mixture of tea tree and water would surfice on the problem area till i can get in the vets. I am very worried about what to treat her with as the vet has only gusssed via my discription over the phone that this is what she has, i have been told humans can also catch this… Can any one help??
