I just came down with hives and i’m not sure if the eruption on my skin is due to hive rash or ringworm, how can i tell, the eruptions are pink and all over my body, very itchy. I’ve seen the Dr before but never told anything about ringworm and i just read about ringworm now i’m confused.

What do they look like? There’s still a part on my hand where the fungi seem to concentrated but a bigger part has individual “spots” of rash, still bumpy but it’s like they’re separate from each other.

A girl I work with ended up having ringworm, shes not working at the moment, but she was working before she realized it was ringworm and not some rash she had on her neck. She touched everything, and probably touched the rash without washing her hands. How long does ringworm live on surfaces? Do we have to be worried about getting it?

I took my five year old to the doctor yesterday and was given the necessary lotions and potions. I was told to carry on applying the cream for 10 days after the rash has gone but how long before I will begin to see the ‘ring’ diminsh? Thanks… Sarah
