What the best antifungal cream for ringworm?

Sticks&Stones721 asked: I don’t know how much I managed to get ringworm on my inner thighs. I even got a ring in my belly botton it’s kinda funny. But yeah what’s the best/fastest treatment for ringworm? They don’t itch too bad but they unsightly.

How do I know if I have ringworm on my scalp?

Steven C asked: My scalp has a lump that is full and soft….it also is completely bald too….HELP!!!! If not ringworm….what could it be?
