Does it actually do anything harmful, or is it just there? I’ve never noticed any pain at all.

its not bad per se just unslightly and can spread and infected other parts of ur body and other people..doesnt usually cause health problems though
contrary to the name, it is not a parasite like it sounds. it is actually a type of yeast infection. just get some over the counter lotramin cream and put it on as directed on the box. piece a cake to take care of, and no it is not harmful at all.
It tends to itch and the circle gets bigger and bigger. It could leave you stuck with that circle on your skin if you let if get out of hand.
