You can burn them off. That will hurt though.

First, you really do need to know if it is ringworm because as you can obviously guess, ringworm is contagious. Is it circular? Dark pinkish red, raised and the area is itchy?
If you go the OTC route, you can try any of the anti-fungal creams for athlete’s foot or jock itch, they are a form of fungus like ringworm. They will take up to a month or more to work. I’d try using a natural product like neem, colloidial silver or sulfur to get rid of ringworm, lots quicker. And use a hospital grade anti-fungal disinfectant to wipe down non-porous surfaces to remove ringworm spores. Also, make sure the school janitors thoroughly clean and disinfect the mats, showers and any place where you might have gotten ringworm.
You’ll also have to treat your environment at home or you’ll just get it back. Wash all clothes, towels and bed linens in hot soapy water and dry on the hottest heat setting you have.
You should call the wrestling team and let them know you probably have ringworm. Try not touching anyone else to keep it from spreading.

If you have ringworm then through body contact, everyone on the team will be getting it. The best thing to do is see the doc and get the treatment now, before it spreads. It’s like a wildfire.
