If it’s so bad, go see a doctor or nurse. Don’t go to Yahoo! Answers.
It may take even two weeks to see a noticable difference with his medication. You may want to use an antifungal cream in combination. Always keep in touch with your doctor about these concerns. There are several treatment options.
