Find The Solution For Ring Worm Here
ringworm
not-just-a-mom asked:

I read that bleach works so that what I put on it. How do I know if & when it’s going away. Right now I’ve been using the bleach applied with a Q-tip for about a week, right now the ringring is more like a scab dry & red. How long is it going to take to go away? Are there any OTC creams?

Any anti-fungal cream should work well. Usually it takes a week or longer.

Any of the topical anti-fungals at the drug store would work (Lamisal, etc). Use it twice a day for 2weeks. It’s also very important that after the rings disappear, you treat for 1 more week to prevent reinfection.

any cream with tolfinate will kill it, but if it is not near a mucous membrane like eyes or mouth, consider a bleach bath. put 3/4 cup bleach into a full bathtub and soak for 10-15 min. this will speed up recovery time.
