I can’t tell if it’s ringworm or not, but it looks like it can be a mild case on my hand, just about the size of a dime. Are there any over the counter meds I can use?

athletes foot creme will take care of it, just make sure to wash all your clothes, and bedding, and furniture, so you don’t get reinfected.
Tinactin or Lotrimin
yes there is over the counter for that, take care of it quick or you could have to take antibotics for up to a month to get rid of it completely.
Clear nail polish.
Just brush it over..
It stings.. but it will dry it out..
pluss there is a coat of something over your [thing] and it wont itch as bad if something touches it.
Lotrimin or any athletes foot medicine. Ringworm is a fungus and so it treats both. I agree with washing everything though, its very contagious. Wash your hands alot!!! My daughter had it and I ended up getting it.
i had it a few months ago. just put tree tea oil on it 3 times a day for 10 days and it will go away make sure you wash all your clothes, sheets and towels. btw it does kinda stink but it works. and its cheaper than athletes foot creme.
Look for products at the pharmacy that are labeled for treatment of jock itch, like Lotrimin (sp?). You can ask the pharmiscist and they can direct you. My kids have had ringworm, and these always work well. Also, lots of air so it will dry out.
need to go to the drs
as far as i know there is no med without a RX
go to www,webmd.com
Sounds a bit gross but the best cure is bodily fluids – ie wee!
You can follow the regime:
1: wash your hair and body every day with pantene anti dandruff shampoo (It works bcoz it has strong anto fungal ingredients)
2:Dry your body completely.
3:wear loose dress
4: wash your dress and under garments in detergent and anti fungal liquids and let them sun-dry
5. use some anti fungal cream (lamisil/lotrimin etc)
Try this for a month. If its not working, talk to a doctor
