Ringworm is a fungus, not a bacteria. An antibacterial cream won’t do anything for the ringworm infection itself, though if you have a secondary bacterial infection it will help that.
If you have only one or two lesions, you can try treating it at home with an antifungal treatment. Get some cream that’s made for yeast infections or jock itch or athlete’s foot. Do NOT get any homeopathic remedies! They won’t work. You are looking for miconazole 2% or clotrimazole 1%. If you have more than two lesions, you probably will have to see a doctor to get a prescription for a stronger cream.
