Find The Solution For Ring Worm Here
ringworm
Michelle asked:

I noticed hair missing under his chin a few weeks ago and the vet gave me drops for it twice a day. When is it safe to put him back with the other pigs who have shown no signs of ringworm. Do I need to wait till the hair starts growing back? Or has grown back all the way? Or what?

Thanks yall so much!

Call your vet to be sure, but I wouldn’t reintroduce him until his hair grows back.

Wait till the hair is all completely grown in. That’s the best indicator that the ringworm is completely cleared up. Any sooner and u run the risk of re-infection.

you could wait till the hair starts growing back.or call the vet and ask him/her when you could put it back.

When the redness from the skin is gone and the hair has started to grow back in, it is safe to put him back in with the others.
