21 days after the first treatment, provided the next culture doesn't grow anything. You may have to wait 14 more days for the result of that culture.
Ringworm is very difficult to get rid of, and takes time. Keep your pups away for the full amount of time.

Yes ringworm is contagious, but you actually need a cut/scratch for the spores to enter the system and take hold. The usual recommendation is to continue treatment for 7 days after symptoms have subsided, and avoid contact with the affected animal. If you do come into contact, wash your hands properly.

If you are scheduled to keep your friends puppy with ringworm make sure she is kept well away from your dogs and children. Try to keep her in a place without carpeting or material because the fungus can live in material things for 2 years. It took my dog two months to get rid of it she caught it from my stray kitten who had it at the time, without me knowing. I treated her with topical lotions and formulated soap. The thing is even if the hair grows back another area on her may get affected .I would wait for at least two weeks of treatment before you expose your dogs to her

Unfortunately, ringworm is HIGHLY contagious - even to humans.
Fungal infection - VERY stubborn!
Most fungal infection needs average of 4-6 weeks to clear off.
Then to be absolutely sure that no spores remain - you add another 2 weeks of treatment after all signs are gone.
So... quarantine.
Especially no contact with other pups/kittens - their immune systems are not fully developed yet, so higher risk.

No, ringworm is contagious. Wait till treatment is done or the ringworm cleared up.
