Trust me, they’ll have bald patches if they have ringworm…my older kitten had it and his face went bald within 2 days. Ringworm is a fungus, it’s a form of athletes foot and jock itch. Usually it goes away on its own after about a month. But It’s better to treat than to leave it go. Take your cat to the vet, they probably won’t be able to diagnose it without visible symptoms. They’ll give you a shampoo that you use twice and a lotion that you have to use daily. Allow the cat to lay in the sunlight also, ringworm dies in UV light. Clean your house every day if not twice a day, it’s the only way to battle it.

Get them tested at the vet for it.
