You may just need to get rid of the unbleachable items and start fresh.
Umm… Get ringworm medicine that kills ring worms
You will have to throw or burn all things that you can’t bleach on a daily basis ie cat beds, bedding, blankets etc. Have you had your cat culture tested for ringworm and the relevant medical treatment from your vet? It’s important to make sure incase it’s just being carried in under foot from outside and not your cat being a carrier.
Please read this article on a breeder’s website who went through a very rough time with it and what she had to endure to get through her experience. It’s well worth the read, the whole page and the links that she supplies on her site!!
All the very best to you, your cat and all your family.
Machine wash what you can, bleach what you can, use a sponge with weak bleach water on furniture that won’t loose the dye. That’s about all you can do.
