It was sort of scaly and dry, and about a centimeter long. Trust me, you can tell. Take her to the vet. We had to give her about 5 pills a day, and we had to give pills to our cats to prevent them from getting it. Its a mess that is better if caught early. (It's not actually a worm, but fungal infection.) Please don't follow the directions of someone that says they are a Vet or Vet tech! You have no way of knowing and taking their advice could be futile or even dangerous! (and this is NOT in reference to "Catnip" above. I do realize some are Vet techs or experienced, but the point is, if you don't know who is or isn't, then it can be dangerous.
