You can go to your doctor and get some cream to put on your rash areas or to your local drug store. They say anti foot fungus cream will do the job.
Uhh………I was unaware that you could get ring worm from a dog? do dogs even get ring worm? Well you can just make sure that your cleaning the areas very often and make sure you stay away form that dog! usually it will go away on its own but if it starts to get worse you should go to the doctors they can give you some cream for it or something.
Apply a fungal cream like lotramin from the drug store. Three times per day.
Wash all bedding, towels, clothes, and throw pillows. More then once.
Yes you can catch ring worm from an animal.
