Mom is still nursing them, and will ingest ANYTHING you put on them. None of those topical anti-fungal creams were meant to be taken orally. What is safe for an older kitten is not necessarily safe in one that is still nursing. This is a question for the vet, not one for YA, to be sure that the treatment is safe for Mom and the kittens. I will say that ringworm is a real pain in the but and as you probably found out is highly contagious to you and other pets. There are many ways to treat it. Ask your vet to take the time to go over them all. Some cost more than others. Some involve bathes, dips, pills, or lotions.
