I have an older cat with ringworm, its going through treatments. But it lays on a chair in my house, if my younger cat which does not have ringworm, sleeps in this chair will she get the ringworm?

The ringworm on the older cat is only on the tail and like the part connecting the tail to back.

It is VERY contagious, so the other cat is very likely to get it.
The spores can live in your house for up to 18 months also.
Our cat didn’t spread it to any of the other cats, and he only had the one 3″ wide spot on his left side. He did give ME a spot on my leg, but that was it. It was a lot less contagious than I’d thought.
